We also offer a way to make online reservations. Shelters in other city parks are available on a first come, first served basis.

You may obtain a library card with no fee if you live, work, or attend school in Columbus. Simply bring to the library a photo ID and proof of eligibility such as a rent agreement or property tax statement, proof of employment, or report card or student ID, and fill out a cardholder agreement. Individuals younger than age 19 must have a parent or guardian present to sign their agreement and show proof of eligibility. Digital Library cards are available for free to users who are ineligible for a borrower's card. For more information see the Library Card Policy.
